Crowbar Brisbane
The Brief
Crowbar, a new music venue opening in Fortitude Valley, needed signage that could hold its own on a busy strip from opening night — visible by day, lit well by night, and tough enough for a venue that runs hard every weekend.
The Approach
Alongside a 5-sided hanging lightbox, we planned a cinema-style marquee lightbox with its own interchangeable letterset — giving the venue an on-street event board as well as a standout entrance sign, engineered to read clean from every angle on the footpath, not just square-on.
The Solution
We designed, produced and installed a custom 5-sided hanging lightbox with zero visible shadow lines, plus a cinema-style marquee lightbox complete with its own letterset so the venue can change up what's showing, night to night.
The Result
A venue entrance that owns the block, day or night — with a marquee that keeps working for Crowbar long after installation day, one letter change at a time. No compromise on finish, no visible fixings.
